作文（一）通知

一．        英语作文可分为两类，即口头通知（Announcement）和书面通知（Notice）书面通知用词贴切，语句简洁，具有书面化和特点；口头通知的用词更注重口语化。口头通知的开关往往有称呼语（被通知的对象），以及提醒听众注意倾听的开场白。

常见的开场白有：1.Boys and girls / ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please?  2.Now everyone, please excuse me if I interrupt you, but I have an announcement to make.  3.Please excuse my interrupting you, but I have something important to tell you.

常见的结束语有：1.That’s all. Thank you.   2.Thank you for listening.

3.      Ok. That’s all. Wish you a pleasant journey.

典例

明天是期中考试的最后一天，上午考完英语后，学生会将组织同学们去爬紫金山。请你将此事以便条的形式通知你校的外籍学生。要求全文包括以下内容：

1.      争取考好英语

2.      十点整排除，步行到紫金山（the Purple Mountain）山脚。

3.      穿运动鞋，带好食物和水。

4.      要互相帮助，特别注意安全，不能擅自离队。

5.      在山顶，班级合影留念。

6.      下山后，可步行或乘车回家。
